It is mathematically impossible to divide any number by 7 and get a remainder of 8. Where you get the 6.8 from is a matter of opinion but the underlined below is not the definition of a remainder:

0039668 / 7 = 5666.8571428571428571428571428571

.8571428571428571428571428571 is technically the remainder = 6/7
